weekly summary: Apr 08 - Apr 14
a light week for recovery purposes, being sensible after the maintained mileage following the ultra from a couple of weeks back – no weights either

Weight training should have restarted last week but decided to give it a rest. With the hammer being a little twitchy before the ultra, it was the right thing to do. This week I felt like taking it a bit easier before ramping up the mileage again. I still managed a couple of quality sessions though.
