a bad back but a couple of key runs done to salvage the week

A shaky week with back problems, resulting in low mileage. Two key runs repeating last weekend’s effort. Another running of the testing 18-miler and also the traditional 10-mile recovery.

The Clonmel Half Marathon is coming up on Sunday. Chase the PB and run progressively is the order of the day. If I can break 93 minutes it will be a very happy day indeed.
